Payment & Refund policy

1. 50% amount of quoted sum in advance and work order to initiate the project (non-refundable)
2. 30% amount of quoted sum upon 1st preview of the work
3. 20% amount of quoted sum or the final invoiced amount whichever is larger
4. The Client agrees to pay the full quoted or final invoiced amount whichever is larger regardless of whether they use our
   design, solution or result of the project or not. A work completion letter and final invoice payment will be required to
   hand over the project.
5. Advance once paid, is non refundable.
6. Third party services such as domain, hosting and related services will be provided upon 100% payment.

Terms & conditions

1. The client agrees to provide feedback and content via email on a time-to-time basis.
2. Providing content (i.e. text, images, videos, and other media) and buying rights for reproduction/creation is solely the
   client’s responsibility, unless a content writing, photography, or related service is hired during the project.
3. We accept all payments in INR by UPI, BHIM, GPay, NEFT or Cheques
4. The sum of total charges may vary as per work conditions & requirements/revisions by the client.
5. Invoices must be cleared by the client within 15 business days from the invoice date, once this period is over, Rs.500
   will be charged as late fees per 15 days term.

6. All preparation materials, visuals, and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the project remain property of V-render studio.
7. Free onsite edits** include only content management help /edits & business email support
8. All copyrights are reserved to Veerendra Tikhe, V-render Studio until final payment is cleared from the client. Post
   final payment, V-render studio keeps the rights to publish the artwork in the portfolio.
9. All disputes are under Pune jurisdiction authority.
10. The services offered by, on behalf of V-render Studio; should be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission,
    storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material that is in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or
    that may directly facilitate the violation of any law or regulation is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to the following:
    copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper
    authorization; obscene, defamatory material, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Vrender
    Studio and associated firms/persons will be fully cooperative with law & enforcement officials and authorities
    in case of any unlawful actions, purposes, or incidents.

• All third-party services are integrated with free available plans. Positive SSL certificates will be issued for 1 year.
  Customers can choose paid services at an additional cost.
  ** Onsite Edits in AMC cover adding/removing given content in text or images, changing your Meta tags or adding,
  removing pages, and updating the sitemap). Hours count starts as work starts on the website. Additional hours attract
  additional charges of 450 INR per hour.

Shipping policy

We provide digital services and outcome of product will be delivered via cloud hosted drive services in form of deliverable files or website package

In case of physical goods, we utilize amazon portal to cater those orders.
